Shipping & Returns SHIPPING All orders are shipped from Seoul, Republic of Korea. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the carrier name and a tracking link. We ship worldwide via EMS (Korea Post), DHL Express, or FedEx, selected based on your destination. Shipping is a flat rate of $25 USD. Orders of $200 USD or more ship free. DUTIES & TAXES All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if any, are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order. If a shipment is refused at customs or returned because duties were not paid, the original shipping cost and any return charges will be deducted from your refund. RETURNS All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or fit. Please review product details carefully before ordering. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. EU & UK CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our facility in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the returned item, and include the original standard shipping charge. CANCELLATIONS Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the policies above apply.
